Alessia Levante, together with University of Parma and SUS-MIRRI.IT, attended the Gordon Research Conference (Ventura, California) on “Lactic Acid Bacteria Biology, Symbioses and Applications”.

The Department of Food and Drug and of Mathematical, Physical and Computer sciences of UNIPR lay the foundations to build microbial platforms to predict metabolic capabilities of microbes, for the development of targeted processes.

The research “Exploring the biodiversity of a selected microbial core of LABs: bridging experimental datasets and predictive models” was granted by the European Commission—NextGenerationEU, Project “Strengthening the MIRRI Italian Research Infrastructure for Sustainable Bioscience and Bioeconomy”, code n.
